1. Take a warm shower or bath for at least 5 minutes — the steam helps open your pores and soften the skin.
2. Wet the glove, move away from direct water, and make sure your skin stays damp.
3. Scrub in long, firm strokes (no soap or gel) until dead skin starts peeling.
4. Rinse your skin with warm or cold water and apply your favorite moisturizer.
5. Hand wash the glove after each use and hang to dry. Replace every 2–3 months for hygiene.
6. Use once a week for best results.
