Can I return an item?
Yes, we accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify:
- The item must be unused and unopened.
- It must be in its original packaging and condition.
- The return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once approved, you'll receive instructions on where and how to send your item back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
What items are non-returnable?
We are unable to accept returns of:
- Used, opened, or damaged products not due to our error
- Beauty and personal care products removed from original packaging
- Items marked as final sale or free gifts
- Returns requested after 14 days of delivery
My item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
We sincerely apologize. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll review your request and offer a replacement or refund, depending on your situation.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please initiate a return for the original and place a new order.
60-Day Results Guarantee (Selected Devices Only)
Some of our skincare and body care devices are covered by our 60-Day Results Guarantee, as advertised on their product pages.
If you’ve used the device consistently for 60 days and haven’t seen any improvement, you may request a refund within 15 days after completing the 60-day usage period.
To qualify for this extended refund:
- Step 1: Use the product for at least 60 days as instructed.
- Step 2: Take weekly photos and document your progress.
- Step 3: After 60 days, if you’re not satisfied, email us your photos/videos and a brief explanation.
- Step 4: Our team will review your case and notify you within 4 business days if your refund request has been accepted.
Important:
- Refunds are only applicable to eligible products clearly marked with the 60-Day Guarantee.
- Claims without photo documentation will not be accepted.
- The 60-day policy does not override our standard 14-day return window.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. You will also be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank — some processing delays may occur before a refund appears.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
